I knew there was something fishy about those tweezers. Mine are camo, too. I tried putting bright tape on the ends, it helps a little. They are still stealthy little bitches.

That's why I have like 10 pairs of them. Literally.

I keep two at the kiln. Two on the bench (one on either side of the torch) and the rest in a tool box right under my bench.

I have a bad habit of laying them down on my rod rest and I end up losing them there. The other day I lost three pairs doing that.

I lose tweezers daily. Keep two pairs to the right of my torch, one textured and one un-textured, and one pair on the left. Also another pair on either side on pegboard off the front edge of the bench, and a few in my rolling tool cart. Seems when I spend more than 30 seconds looking they are always on my rod rest.

Did that punti end just pop off into my coffee cup? sigh

Best thing ever is keeping coffee in a metal enamel mug on top of the kiln, never gets cold!

you know i think i am not fully truthful, but the times lost have been maybe 2 or three, and never for too long. I do recall a couple times, i always lose them by putting them into upright containers to hold something to cool or something like that, and then not see it there cuz its tall and skinny, like all the other rods of glass everywhere.

I've honestly thought a couple times about a tweezer on a retractable cable that I can clip onto something so I always know where they are. It would be my luck though they would be hot and would burn through something when it retracted.
