frit reversals??

i cant figure it out.. how do you do a tube pull with perfect lines of different color frits?? anyone down to give up this secret??

i think they arn't seperate lines to start out................you make lots of frit sections of solid color and then montage them together in alternating colors...blow it all into a bubble.....reverse the axis.....then wig wag or whatever pattern you are going for.

try laving just a line of frit inside a tube and melt in then another, melt in, another...

Doesnt sound like a bad Idea though. Maybe try some tube incasement then a stickstack or i/o???

You could also make flat cane with powder or frit on them and stack all the canes in a box and pull into the tube. You could aslo dump powder/frit into a tube blow it into a bubble then cut a slit on one side open that slit up and jam that cane on the slit {sealing the tube } and continue to pull into a tube.

I pour in one color melt it in, pour in another and melt it in etc etc ball it up, reverse the axis and pull out into tube and go from there. not great with some colors but it works for me.

yeah thats an encalmo... just stack individual bubbles eh. i bet itd be easy as pie to just pour frit into a tube, melt a line down the length, dump out the loose stuff, and just continue along in that fashion
