Kristian Turley founded us and we used to be called THE GLDG for glass lampworkers discussion group. Try saying that one on the phone :lol

Kristian got really busy with his distribution company and passed the forum to Mr. Wonka who shortly after passed it to me in 2003. In 2005 I moved us off the premade ezboard software to what we are now. The old ezbaord had put an F before the URL which made artglassforum into fartglassforum so sometimes we were also called that, or the blackboard as the color back then was black.

I still keep thegldg.com just in case. :)
