czech pyrex/ simax.. not fuming right ?

anyone else notice the difference ? I was getting wonderfull results .. but things have started to change with the pyrex I have been useing .. others are saying the newer simax is also .. not fuming like it used to on the FB .. sometimes people see stuff on here that arnt on FB .. Im curious to know what others think ..? Simax has always been blue in crossection . but this newer glass will literally appear slightly blueish in the flame . .Im certainly getting different strikes in honeycombs.

Did you buy this glass by the case? If so what's the date manufactured stamped on the box? I've been hearing things about batches made in 2015 and 2016

the glass Im using is the pyrex .. made by the same company making simax.. corning doesn't date the cases like simax does unfortunately .. so I don't know the dates .. but it does say made in the Czechoslovakia... Given that I have been told their the exact same glass ATM .. I seems like this problem is going to be universal in both brands .. Specifically I noticed a change literally mid case.. I was getting red honey combs like it was no ones buisness .. but now .. their not striking like I think they should .. and the red is almost impossible to get ..

silver specifically isn't striking .. and its taking way way more to get only limited development .. in the honeycombs

I think it was on Facebook or maybe insta I read someone talking about simax changing something and its effecting the fume specifically with silver and striking.

I have heard the same thing about Simax . Also hear people are getting better fume on China then they are on Shott.

I have a case of US33 tube that fumes like a white spooge wad. I use gold on it instead.
