Heya, I just wanted to announce a new product! The Hose Holster.

I've been using an.. unmarketable version of this for years, and I've finally put together a somewhat professional looking, feeling, and performing version!

I put up a YouTube video going over most of the adjustments that can be made to accommodate each individual user. Don't worry, I took the one from the video to work. No spit on any outgoing setups =)

Also, I'm announcing that I've changed my blowhoses slightly.. I'm using adapter fittings instead of the adhesive i'd been using.. not a major change, but a change none the less. I have no intention of going back to the original version.

(I can not setup etsy to expire the code after 6 uses.. so.. maybe you luck out and i have to send the official one) There is 1 fitting that is not the "official" fitting. It works just the same, but it's smaller.. so i think it looks a little better, but it does make it a little more difficult to put together and take apart.. which.. is fine when you have one.. but when you assemble a bunch of them.. you sure get a blister fast. =)

Sweet. I'll likely grab one within the week. They're ugly af, which is a thing to me for some reason, but I have yet to Macgeyver a long term solution and I am super clumsy with my hose. I'll figure out a way to sparkle it or something gawdy, I'm sure. Don't take that offensively, it's not your fault I'm a princess. Just checked out your etsy. I love that Infini-V too. great idea!

man.. you should see how ugly the prototypes are Yinz!
I did search and search for different colors of these products.. and it was just not happening.
The orange was not really a "made" decision.. it was the only product I could hold in my hands and decide it would work. (if not orange.. translucent milky white.. which is way grosser to me.)
If you find a source of comparable silicone hose, in different colors, i am ALL for changing up the color scheme. =)

I have tried lower profile splicers (1 of which is on the gldg specials), and they are almost invisible.. but they are MUCH hard to put together, and the consumer would have a real hard time making the adjustments if they need/want to.

This looks insanely practical one look at it and all I could think it every time I drop my blow tube or it falls out of my mouth and routinely cursing. Great design

Bonus points for boobs at the end haha. Kind of what I was thinking. found some faux fur that is heat safe and not all gross chemical wise (which is important to me). I'm really excited to try this. I am literally so clumsy with my blowhose that I often make my life unnecessarily harder by not using it. Really great idea. The kind that makes me want to kick myself in the butt for not thinking of it haha. My blowhose is currently wire wrapped like a 5 year old did it,and can get stabby.

be sure to watch my youtube video! i wouldn't say that unless i really really really thought you should watch it to be confident to make the changes to make it really fit you well.

i mean.. you could get lucky and it would fit well as is, but i cut almost 9 inches off the neck wire for my personal fitting.. and some off the orange tube coming up to the mouthpiece from the T.. i don't think i mentioned that in the video.

anyway, i'm glad your first impression was good yinz! today i taped my phone to it to do a live IG video.. butmy phone ended up overheating =)

Hey man Ive had one of your swivels for years and love it! great product.
I stopped using a blowhose bc ive bee3n having problems finding "boots" that will securely hold a 12 mm tube, and having to tape the blowtube into my setup is just a bitch to have to do every time. I ordered 2 diff sets of boots from BS a while back thinking they would solve my probs but neither boot fits! luckily they were cheap. Im about to scoop up one of these, but if you could help me out w finding the right boots I need, so I can finally start using my goddamned blowhose again I would really appreciate it! and even to fit the 9mm tubing would be great as well, as I sometimes use that for handles as well.

FWIW nube's short use, I stumbled onto using the outside caps used to seal connections on 75 ohm coax cable. It fit my swivel and you can find them in different stiffness.

Heya Ness, personally I avoid 12 and jump to 13 or 12.7, but my former shop mate uses 12 all the time.
The 10mm boots do fit 12mm, with a little stretching.
The 12-13boots can be made to fit 12mm in 2 ways:
1 use a zip tie, string, or a skinny twist tie/wire to construct the big part of the boot a little bit. It only takes 1mm of construction to work well. I always recommend avoiding tape, as most tape will leave glue like residue that often migrates into the swivel.
2 if one cuts most of the big part of the boot off, the boot can be put into a 12mm tube because you can come at the tube at a more severe angle, then twist the boot on.
I don't prefer this way, but my old shop mate does.

OK. I will try to shave a boot down then to see if I can cram that fucker in there. No I still don't have a solution for this damned blowhose setup. TBH I struggled with it for so long I completely abandoned using a blow hose and just learned how to read the bubble while pushing air into it. BUT I just got my order in and would actually like to start using it...... hopefully.. ha. But if you have one of the 10mm boots I could try could you throw one into my order please? just lmk the cost and ill paypal you.

Ness, place your order through Etsy, and when you do there is a "Note to seller" area where you can write me a note. tell me you want 1 boot for 9mm and 1 boot for 12mm, and it's up to me to make them work for you.. or say it's ness from the board, or.. "throw in the twist ties dude" .. something like that.

i found a couple twist ties i will throw in there for you =)

oh.. if you taper the end of the 12mm down a tad when fire polishing, that makes it go in easier. Another blower said they had problems with the 10mm splitting when put onto 12. i haven't experienced this.. but i rarely use 12.

Firekist - Gotcha! I wont deny it- Im sure my blowhose struggles r entirely my fault.... But I can b one lazy muthafucka. I don't even fire polish my blowtubes... unless they turn out to b a jagged edge. I just wipe em and call em good..

But I am looking forward to making this device work for me. WHo knows? maybe Ill turn over a new leaf

ness... polish your blowtube ends before using these boots.. you are very likely to cut them up with sharp blowtube ends.
