Like the little beads around that.
That 3rd one...I just bought some cords like that, was trying to figure out how to tie the pendant around the string attached to it,,looks like you cut it and added some natural cord to it?
I got mine from Rings and things, around $7.50 each, only got a couple, had to meet the minimum order, they are nice cords.

Hi Steven,
Well I'm selling those chinese cord on my website http://sarah.baud.free.fr under "vente"
there is many ways to attach the pendant on to those necklaces. I did'nt cut anything but put the stringer through the pendant and burn it on the back to glue it. Or you can just remove this stringer and attach your pendant with a jump ring.
