Glass perks

In the process of trying to start a tube company and need some help figuring out how the bird cage perks are made i have my own ideas on how i thinks its done but not 100% also any other perk designs would be greatly apperciated i picked up a ring saw recently so cutting the glass isnt a problem thank you for your time and help

One way to figure it out would be to cut one up and see how all the parts join together!
