There is the grandma beading forum at http://www.lampworketc.com/.

ill probably get my hand slapped for promoting other sites, but there ya go. Check Facebook, there are a lot of lampworking groups over there participating in something that may resemble lampwork discussion.

Not sure about cold working and stained glass, but there's a site called "Google" you could try for those.

There are also a bunch of subreddits on the subject.

While there are the couple of places listed above. Really I am always incredibly astonished at how much information is on this site. The gold mine is at your fingertips, you just have to do a bit of digging. Try re-wording searches and read through most the thread on the subject if you can. More often than not you will find more than what your looking for. Not implying your having any trouble navigating here or anything. Just, after trying many other resources online this place has always been the best I have found.
