Hello all I was hoping someone could share any tips or tricks of working with ash. My parents dog died and I woukd really like to make my mom something. I've asked some local people and 2 of the 3 said yeah I'll get you the link to the video I watched then never did. So after doing some video research and talking to the another local I understand you either need to sort out the large particles (bone) or break them down with a mortar and pestle and not to get to crazy with the heat but thats about it. I've seen a lot of info that seems to contradict what others say so I figured I check here before I just wing it. Thanks in advanced!

This question pops up here every once in a while. Here (www.talkglass.com/forum/showthread.php?26910-encasing-human-ashes), here (www.talkglass.com/forum/showthread.php?60779-Ashes-cremation), and here (www.talkglass.com/forum/showthread.php?62467-Memorial-pendant-how-to-add-ashes) are a few threads I found through the search function on this site. Misha knows a thing or two about this as well.

No problem! It can take some digging, but there is a ton of great info archived here.

Those links are the ones I would have suggested as well. Good luck with your project.
