Do you pay for shipping? Does the distributer pay for shipping? Or do you split it? i know there are people who probably do all of the above but what is the normal way this works? please only comment if you deal with one..i understand everyone might have their own opinion but i would like to hear from people who deal with distributers on the regular basis..thanks!!

Really depends on the distributors. If I offer a large volume discount then I charge for shipping as I can’t absorb both a huge discount and free shipping.

Do you guys use distributers that buy your glass and then resell it, or that take a commision of the sales? The ones I've talked to have all wanted to take 25-30% commision off the wholesale pricing. This seems crazy to me, but I'm considering it since I need to sell more glass.

I split shipping with distributors. I give 25% off wholesale. Gets the job done.

FedEx Company account for my distributor. I use Usps for everything else.

Yes they pay shipping. The box and packing materials are expensive. I do that part.

I guess I sold so many bubblers I had to buy new boxes and packing materials.

I’m told to wrap all the bubblers in newsprint. Then double box them.

All of it can be written off at the end of the years if you are doing taxes too.
At least my experience with it, packing and shipping isn't free [emoji1591]
