Using a scuba tank for oxygen, is it possible?

Well basicly thats the question, i mb currently diving in bonaire and thought how cool itd be to blowing glass here, does anyome know if theres an adapter that would make into the scuba tanm fitting that a regulater would fit on? i tried looking into it but wasnt finding the right information

I thought scuba tanks used a Nitrogen mixture? I would have to think you wouldn't get very hot of a flame without the pure oxygen. Maybe your planning on filling the tank with pure oxy and just need the adapter your talking about, in which case I've got nothing :). Upon a further google search, I found that there are a couple welding/fabrication shops there on the island. They seem to mostly cator to the marine community, but I would bet you could talk to them about renting an actual oxy tank for a few days/weeks while your there.
