In order to search for plans or make one, or to buy one, you need to know what you need is commonly called a “whip”

Those tanks have a brass fitting on them that connects to the homefill. If you take that off it should have a male 1/4inch npt thread.i attach that to a braided steal pigtail. At the other end of the pigtail you need attach a 3 way tee fitting. On the opposite side you need a fitting to attach on a full size oxy tank (it's called a cga-540 oxy nut and nipple). On the middle leg of the tee attach a pressure gauge so you now how much your putting in your tanks.

if you don't want to piece one together on your own, you can buy them pre-made. salt city glass sells them, although imho a bit (ok, a LOT) over priced. link:

also if you google "oxygen transfill hose", you'll find a few other places that sell them pre-made.

Don't forget to get the green thread seal tape for oxygen. In my research, I learned that compressed oxygen is nothing to fuck around with, so take every precaution you can if you are assembling your own whip.
