Heating your shop

Anyone have any input on the best way to heat your shop in the winter? Furnace, Pellet Stove?

I've used propane heaters in the past but recently switched to infrared. Infrared can get pretty toasty, and it heats you, rather than expending energy to heat the air around you.

in my current setup I'm using a propane heater, but if i keep working with this setup, I'll be switching back to infrared at some point.

The shop I work out of has a pellet stove. I’m up in Massachusetts and it keeps our shop super warm during the winter months
