Global Trading Glass color tube?

I am wondering if anyones tried it? an if it's any good? and what are some other places that sell color tubing. Are all color tubes made by ther same people. if not, witch is the best and worst? thanks you, peace...

well, i guess i'll have to find out on my own! i'm gonna get a case of the amber and maybe green too. they have a sale goning on at 100 bucks for a case of amber and 65 for a case of green. sounds good, if the glass is quality. when i get it and try some out, i'll let ya'll know how it is. thanks, peace.

Check out Sol's gallery on glasspipes.org, he buys his color tubing from them and he's got some bubs in his gallery of recent stuff. Especially check out the one with encalmoed amber and clear and coilpotted midnight thunder (I think...)

I've heard the green has compatibility issues...I used the cobalt and it's great. It's stiffness makes it really easy to work for encalmos, etc....

I think that sale ended anyway. I tried some, it was the same quality as all the rest I have tried.

yep, the green has issues, and I think all of the color is not annealed, but warming it up slowly or putting the tube in the kiln first works great. The blue is fricken great though, it doesn't haze on me at all, and if the tube breaks at all, i use the broken pieces for other blue applications.
