Does anyone know of a good place to camp near the Flame-off in Eugene?

I would be interested also. I had just about made up my mind to get a motel room but if there is a close campground I'll take my camper.

Brice Creek has a campground is some of the most beautiful territory around. It is 30 miles south though. Not too bad and It's worth it. Might try the mackenzie river area it is sweet but also like 10-40 miles away depending how far you go up the highway.

actually considering staying at the hostel in Eugene. Its $19.00 per person per night. I called the EGS and they said hotels around there were about $ 40 a night as well. Might go that route, but I guess there are a few campgrounds as well. Waiting to hear back from the Hostel.

So basically, we are probably gonna wing it.

It's Fri-Sun...Competition is Friday and Saturday, Sunday is the awards ceremony. I don't know of any campgrounds real close, but there are plenty outside of town.
