Searching for really short words is not supported by the vBulletin software. The forum creates a table with every word ever posted and corresponding posts, and that's what it searches when you do a query. It's probably about a billion times faster than actually doing full-text searches of the forum posts, but that table alone probably has a couple million records in it. It's ugly, but it works, and I can't really think of a better way to do it.

The spacing of your breadcrumbs, the list of links showing you what forum you are currently viewing is a bit close to your upper advertising box while using an iPad. Fat fingered people like me get irritated when they want to go up in your forum structure and click on a higher level forum and instead end up in one of your advertisers websites. If I want to go to one of your advertisers it should be by choice, not by accident.

I have a strange request. More of an idea really, but this was the best place I could find to put it. I used to post on another forum called the Bistro. It had less than 100 members, so it was slow, but it's lay out was very similar to this one with one exception, it had a shout box.

I don't know if it would even be possible with this site, but the shout box was nothing more than a quick one line at a time box for live conversation. Kind of a "hey, what's up, how you guys today" type of thing that scrolls down one statement at a time into nothingness. I feel like it could be a fun element of quick chit chat, that the forums would be a bit excessive for.

word dude, I have already complained a little and I was ridiculed. I'd suggest using a different way to access the forum to update your profile, such as chrome or safari. Or a computer instead of the phone. Tapatalk doesn't have all the options the forum has, but it is good for uploading pics.
