I know that most of you don't work in soft glass but I do. You have seen my copper included marbles and my bubble patterns in marbles before. For the past 2 nights, I have had this reocurring dream so I acted on it. This marble is what came out of the kiln this morning. Even if you work in Boro, PLEASE critique my form, style, choice of colors, etc. as I want to learn as much as I can from your experience. Remember, 8 months now making marbles and I am using the infiniate rim mold for shaping. The Kokopellis are made from real copper and I tried to get the little bubbles on top of the "plant" that they are dancing around. Notice that they are wearing little brown shoes...lol! The first pix is of the bottom of the marble.
Thanks

truly killer, rich. i dig the colour combos nice and vibrant, thats a great blue in there. i wish boro had the same palette as soft glass. the plant with the bubbles is the coolest part for me. im not sure how you get the bubbles so perfectly placed but good job.
it has kinda an aquatic feel and i bet you could make some cool looking coral reefs and stuff with that technique. the dancing guys are cool too...how big is it?

Rich,
I like where you are going with the copper. I would keep going with that If I were you.

What Jesse said. What about more copper figures? A troop of them maybe?

The marble is about 1 1/8" in diameter.
