Unlike that last thread, my Winship experience was not so positive.
The lady was really sweet, but the problem was the service. . .
When I walked in, no one even acknowledged me, and they didn't for a good 20 minutes. I knew exactly what I needed, and it still took me like an hour to get out of there. . .
I'll still shop there online, but I'm over going in person. . .

Yah winship has always sucked I just made an order from them for the first time in 2 or 3 years and they told me a bunch of crap about ups calling you with a total and date of arrival i never heard of this and they didn't call .Anyway noone ever seems to know what they are talking about and three quaters of the time they screw up your order .Part of running a good business is customer service .Thats why i try and stick with the ones i know are somewhat frienly and helpful . I've heard more complaints about the Cali store but I have had nothing but positive experiences up here in Oregon.... They also have ALL the supplies I use in stock.
Of course, I don't have any rep power so noone should listen to me anyway....
winship in eugene has been a rock over the years. while other stores have come and gone you could always count on dave to have what you need, and Debbie who almost runs the place is about the sweetest you could ask for. i've found better deals elsewhere on occasion but i give winship an A+ on consistancy/reliability/customer service. if you aren't happy you should ask to speak to Deb.
