Shop space in Seattle

So I am going to be heading up to Seattle around the first of the year and I might be looking for a space to work. I am not looking for somewhere to be full time as I have a day job but if anyone knows of a space for rent or anywhere I could just rent some torch time that would be great. Thanks for any help.

south would work for me. how far south of downtown are you? I will be living around lake union but might be working in Tacoma
