man i love everything i see by the Blaschkas....ive read they made most of their own colours themselves as well as their tools and stuff. too bad these guys arent around today to make some headies lol...i wonder if any of their descendents are still kicking and working in the field

Yea these are the same guys that made the famous glass flowers of Harvard. I got the opportunity to see them when I was in Boston this summer and they are unbelievable. There is a cool book you can get with professional photos of a lot of their flowers at the museum. It can be found on Amazon but it is ridiculously priced on there for some reason.
