Hi guys,

I made myself a present for making it to 1 year now making marbles. It is copper in soft glass - a coyote/wolf pair baying at the moon. Wadda ya think? I tried for a bit of glass texture look on the back with the ivory, a bit of tungston tool dragging. It was a two-part marble, made the scene first, made the clear dome cover, then mooshed them together. There were times when I needed 3 hands since I was by myself working the torch...lol!

I like that! Are the copper coyotes colored those pinks as in the photo or are those exact pinks/violets more of a result from your lighting & photography?

The copper colors were what they are in real life. I made the two wolves a bit different by the application of heat to one and a touch more in the other one. More heat = darker copper. One MUST be careful NOT to burn it - it is dull and yucky if one does. (ask me, I burnt several learning the kind and amount of heat...lol).

Misha - I am honored that you want another marble - you make me happy!!!

Well done Rich, the organic texture on the back looks good too.
