Got my first stopper made thanks to all the help and ideas I got here. I had to make a clamp to hold it because I wanted to cup the top out so the marble set down in lower in the chrome stopper. I actually think it turned out ok.

THe town I live in has a trendy mainstreet with abtique shops and such, but there is also a wine cellar shop. I was thinking of seeing if they would be interested in buying these for thier shop. Sooooo I'm wondering if I could get some info as far as what others charge for thier stoppers?

Anyway here is the link if you want to take a look.

I would probably go $20 wholesale on em, $40 retail. You might end up consigning to the wine shop. Good luck!

Very nice!! also remember some people use them for the corks in the Vinegar and oil cruets. Looks fancy on their table.

I have my stoppers on consignment at a shop here. I try and make them range fom 15 to 50 dollars retail in 5 dollar increments, this way most people can afford one and it bring the question in their head of "Well for 5 more dollars I could get this one"

The shop takes almost a third of the profits, which is ok.... they sell quite e few.
