Wait until they actually see what they ordered. Unfortuanately, they will be stuck witht them, and next time you call they'll say...Uhhhh...we still have tons of the imported ones and... uhhh... they don't sell, so we're going to uhhh get rid of what wehave and uhhhhh... we're not selling those anymore... Sometimes thats not always the case, At the store I work at we sell tons of the pendants imported from Italy and china simply because they are around ten dollars each retail, luckily the customers that can see and understand quality buy the pieces I make, unfortunately its like one in 50, I really do not understand the cheap mentality of people. hopefully the store will realize that they would rather have something different than what everyone else has and buy your stuff, thats what usually happens with me when I try and sell stuff to other stores.

Alot of these stores get pissed when I smash their india pieces into shards on their carpet......but when I smash my shit as hard as i can and it don't crack or even chip....they reconize...ya they're a bit pissed about the piece I busted....but some reconize most don't.
truth be had......retailers like dispososibal pieces.....shit that sucks , shit that cracks, shit that sucks.........only because...it boils down to repeat customers for the retailer...not us.
I dont have an answer just some insight.
Maybey if we all start makin shit that looks bad and cracks...maybey we can take the market back........But if ya wanna make nice,strong,original stuff.....get a day job.

But when you do find that one shop that doesnt sell crap you're stoked. Its hard trying to market to shops. Just keep at it. Quality eventually wins out crap. And people who buy crap from a shop and it breaks 3 days later, will tell there friends, and there friends will tell there friends not to shop there brecause its crap. Just stay true to you're quality. And people will notice.
