Does anyone know anything about this event. It's March 16-18 and I'm planning to check it out, but it'd be cool to know what to expect. Anyone else planning to go? Or been in the past?

I have gone to this event the past three years. It is always awesome. There are so many flame workers there with tons of good information, and awesome demos. The school is pretty neat too. Salem's glass shop is pretty neat to see. It is guaranteed to be an interesting event.

Yeah, the conference is usually a good time, don't know that it's worth crossing the country for, but a very nice event! I went to Salem for scientific glass a few years back, very nice facility. The town it's held in is pretty lame but Philadelphia is close by and so is Wheaton Village. Really great tradition of flameworking in South Jersey. You are sure to learn a thing or two and meet some great people. Loren Stumps Demo should be great!!!:D

Well I must say that salem county is a horrible place. I lived there for many years.
The conference is worth it if your in the area or dont have all to far to travel. I live in the north east and dont know if I am going to travel down to it. Ive attended atleat three of these conferences and it is beneficial. I guess it all depends on how your sitting with the funds. I wouldnt break the bank for it.
