Re: Lathe, Torch, Raw Glass, Tools, Ventilation & more
So... The lathe is not assembled and operational?
-
Re: Lathe, Torch, Raw Glass, Tools, Ventilation & more
The lathe is 100% assembled and fully operational....it's mounted on a wood board so you can easily move it around, could easily remove the wood board though. I have a custom torch mount for the lathe too.

Re: Lathe, Torch, Raw Glass, Tools, Ventilation & more
Everything works 100% and can be checked out/tested in person at my retail shop. Call me, I'm asking $7k on everything but will accept offers to break it down. I can ship as well. The torch is an older model but I purchased it as a PM2D from this forum from mind blowing glass and it served our artists well. Unfortunately our project is over and I no longer have artists working with the equipment.

Re: Lathe, Torch, Raw Glass, Tools, Ventilation & more
Isn't the lathe missing on of the weigh bars? Looks like only one bar in front?

Was thinking the same thing. Never seen one of these with one? I am no expert by any means but have seen a handful of these machines and never seen them with only one.

Re: Lathe, Torch, Raw Glass, Tools, Ventilation & more
If anyone gets that model A, plug only the outermost 18 gas ports leaving the oxy ports in that row open, you will have much better combustion and be able to achieve much more heat and size wide and long. I use 19 gauge brass wire, this is exactly what beth did to change the model B, except they added an extra row of oxy ports instead of taking away the outer gas ports, so you'll get a flame as hot as the B, with a tighter flame shoulder but still way bigger and nicer than the A as it came new. I've owned and modified many, and by using the wc it will last decades longer. Can we get a face pic and individual price?
