Interested. How well does the bravo work on oxycons? I've heard mixed reviews
^ One of the very best options. As far as how much heat, for how little pressure.
Bravo, or scorpion for the maximum amount of heat from the least amount of 02.
Sidewinder is a great choice too.
When you say "oxycons" that's a very basic question. You may have 10 chained together, WCS can rage that bravo.. . Then again may only have one 5lpm, and it will suck.
Imo. Bravo is a good choice for concentrators.
Fwiw, this is the best price I have seen on a used one, and its from a trusted member.
^ thanks for the info. Still newish to the glass world, I've been using a redmax for the last 6 months, using 3 5lpm oxycons. So basically I've only been able to use the small top torch, not enough oxy for the main torch. I really would love to get ahold of a scorpion, because from my research that is the best torch with such little oxygen. They seem to be hard to find however, and when I called mountainglass this morning to inquire about the wait time he said it would be years. :twitch:. He pointed me in the direction of a bravo because supposedly its just as efficient. But the specs say it needs about 30lpm oxy for full flame... so I'm not sure what direction I need to go. Bravo and more cons, or hold out and wait for a used scorpion. I do like the bigger flame from the bravo, and the fact that it stays cool when its running, as opposed to the scorp which gets extremely hot
