CNC machined billet aluminum body with four rotating burner tips allows huge flexibility in the heat distribution on the workpiece.
The Madhatter Flexburner has four brass burner nozzles that each swivel up to 20 degrees and stay in position. This allows the artist to customize the heat pattern of the burner from concentrated center fire to a wide “crown flame” and everything in between.
The nozzles can move independently but they do NOT have individual flame size or chemistry adjustment, all burners are controlled by a single input valve. The flame is stable at propane pressures up to 10psi. Each burner comes with a magnetic base and extra weight Slip Disc as well as a brass needle valve.

I have been focused on getting production and inventory into a sustainable groove and haven’t been on the forums in a while. We just released the new FlexburnerXL, it’s a ribbon style burner with six rotating nozzles and three input ports that is ideal for longer lathe work like bongs and vac stack pulls! This first production run is offered in black, purple and blue.
these are in addtion to the standard four nozzle Flexburner.
There were a lot of Flexburners on the demo benches at this years DFO, makes me super happy to see these be accepted into the glassblowing world!
