This piece represents a bunch of firsts for me. First time using donuts on a piece, first tube, first time putting a female gog on a piece. Stands about 15" tall.

There is a bunch of stuff I'll do differently next time I attempt one of these, trying to make more symetrical holes for one and an even foot, better welds, etc. but it was hella fun and I learned a lot in the process.

That swiss perc was a b-day present for a friend. And I just wanted to see if I could pull it off.Not tryin to be a biter :)

About seven years ago or so I ordered a custom piece for my brothers birthday from a friend who got into glassblowing (this was before i'd ever seen a torch).

He sent a kickass piece with a triple donut section. I have been totally fascinated with the triple donut tech since then.

So here is my first three attempts at this tech.

You ever try coiling a color onto your seal blo-outs, I like to add a little color on each piece before I connect sometimes, especially on hollow horns. Another good tip with horns is use gravity as much as possible, just have a pundty in hand incase you need to guide it.
Looks like there's some great potential with these, exp green w AP look nice.

Yup gravity is one of the best tools. I use it at every opportunity. I've been concentrating on getting a really good and even heatbase for the hollow and solid bends. That, imo is the most important part. Still working on it obviously.
