ok here uh... some works from a couple days ago, playin w/ lip wraps n puttin rings of colors n stuff.. idk what to call it haha love making those shirlys they are so dank....

thanks guys, n retti- just passionate about learing an practicing, n went to agi an watched kobuki do a couple n asked him questions till i felt like an asshole, then asked a few more :o: n like i said... they aren't half as good as i'd like and will prolly never be as good as his..... but they are a lot of fun to make for me anyways so i'll prolly keep making them.. they don't sell very fast for me tho...

thanks guys... didn't have as great of a day in the shop as i'd have liked today haha been working on another large twisted curly tube kinda shaped thing n kept breaking it and made it too large for my kiln... so i made it a bit less complicated :( but it still looks ok... i'll have pics in a couple days.. but here's some stuff from last month n another shot of those alien lookin ones...

it's silver fume on chinese green i beleve.. no it's not a blowin.. just a over glorified wrap n wrake ;)

some more angles of that one for ya hippi, to make the pattern i usually use scraps from old briges, n i'll take like 2 of em and just wind it on a fumed point in a little tiny string just like all over the place so its like crazy wadded up n then stripe 6 mill down it but try not to disturb the underneath like usual in a wrap n wrake....

Dude, you've got some skills! Big fan of fuming, your shit looks pretty sick there, and that piece where you spiral the stem! Using GA tubing? I was wondering who'd buy that stuff, but you've actually put it to some good use! Like the black and white pin stripe with the window (or did you just draw over top?)!

northwoods, thanks man yah, it's actually tube i pulled myself, stacked colors inside 44 mill and pulled it down on my lynx, broke it into sections, re-coated it and pulled it down some more... (i've since looked into having a friend custom pull me some ranbow sparkle tube because it took a ridiculous amount of time)

hello :) been a while since i have updated and i haven't been taking very many pictures lately but i figured i should go ahead an put up what i have :)


not sure what color the first set is made with, one is over clear and the other over cobalt, in rod form it was a translucent creamy off white color, any guesses as to what it might be? the other is that color plus ap, lokis lipstick and tequila sunrise over cobalt

never got a picture of this one off the blowtube and in better lighting, but the color is waaaay more poppin than it looks there. ap over cobalt :D

and the second one is a little mess around with spikes and spirals...

this is one of the first standups that i did, it didn't stand as well as i liked so i went and made a whole bunch of simple ones way smaller and not as much work in, lesson learned ;)
