Are you using tapatalk? Try taking a screenshot, sometimes tapatalk doesn't allow photos as large as the camera takes them, but if you take a screenshot of the photo it reduces the size a bit. If you don't know how to screenshot, google "how to take a screenshot on XXX" and fill in the name of your phone.
