Just in case anyone stumbles upon this thread looking for oxycon advice... I ordered 1 Borofire 20 (their M-20 equivalent) from saltcityglass.com on February 28th. They said it will ship 3-4 weeks after its ordered. I'm getting antsy and I'll make sure to keep this updated with my experiences.
Just another great update regarding Unlimited Oxygen... I got a refund! :party:
Since I paid through PayPal with a debit card, (a big mistake), I thought after PayPal shot down my dispute request after 3 months of waiting, I was totally out of luck. A couple of months ago though, I found out I can dispute charges from my MasterCard Debit Card through my bank. It was a form that I was told I had to print out and mail in. I filled it out with info regarding what I bought, the card number used, who I bought it from, when, and why I wanted a refund. I also attached a letter explaining the situation and included the PayPal email address Jack used, his full name, his business address, all of the telephone numbers I tried, and his website address.
I honestly didn't have my hopes up too high and actually put off sending it in until about 3 weeks ago. I never received anything from my bank acknowledging they had received my letter and reviewed my case.
Well, last night a refund showed up in my bank account! It feels great guys. Finally some closure. I really hope others read this who may have given up because I received my refund over 6 months after I had paid.
If anyone needs help or wants Jacks info I gave to my bank, PM me and I can help you get something together if you'd like. I don't want others to have to go through this again.
