It was my dad's birthday party today. I will be wrapping glass in my new wharehouse in the basement tomorrow because it is cool there. I blow glass early tuesday morning. The heat wave will be over then.

My mother and I went all out. We made smoked turkey with apple wood and cider, ribs, chicken thighs, 2 flavors of wings, salads and plenty of cold beer and wine.
My dad was born in 1949 so that makes him 69 years old. He said he will retire fully at age 70. Then there will be big changes.
They like it that my brother and I live here and help presently.
I did the entire barbacue as far as the smoker was conserned and I did the grilling.

I just took a second job. I’m painting a cottage. I’m going to get $1000. So I can blow glass 7:00 am - noon then 3:00-8:00 at night paint. Probably take a week to finish.
So it's 100 degrees out. I set up a new warehouse in the basement. It is cool down there. Now I can wrap glass once it gets too hot to make glass in the studio. I would upload a picture but I can't find it this second.

I use newprint from uline for important orders but general orders are bubble wrapped.
