haha, good timing. i actually just started making units again, took a few weeks off and just did curves. one more week of curves then i'm taking a few weeks off curves and just making units :)

If I can offer some constructive criticism here, you really need to work on your seals. Even without close inspection, I can see that the seal is thick and uneven on the inside. Also, are you just jamming the ground glass male into a recess on the body, and not using a female? Are you at least grinding the receiving side to fit?
All in all, I think you're getting a bit ahead of yourself here. It would be best to take a step back and make some simple pieces, and develop the skills necessary to do work of this scale.

I think that your work looks good, but I personally do not like this statement. This a the statement of someone that is just looking for the dollar (and we all need to eat), but this is more the walmart pipes statement in my eyes.

I personally do not want something that I make 'to hold together until it is sold'. I want it to be a lasting piece. I hope there was sarcasm that isn't portrayed in text.
