Welcome!
Nice to meet you Anzie...with glass I'm thinking it might be a 20 step program.
Thanks everyone. :D
Hey,
Well I'm back! It's been awhile since I've been here. Looking at getting my torch fired up and making some stuff again.
Neon biz has hit rock bottom here.
Thanks
Gerry
my name is pj. I live by the ocean in ri. i've been lampworking for 10 yrs, fell in love with glass when i saw my first piece on dead tour 91. the only thing that stops me from work is fishing.
welcome all!
Hello. I am VKhaun. I play too many online games, oversimplify everything, and don't get along well with whales. Typical fat nerdy guy. I deliver newspapers in Maryland.
I am just starting out looking into working with glass with an interest in making interesting custom eye wear and jewelry. I've got a big do-it-yourself and self sufficiency mindset going though. I want to make my own optical quality glass, and I hear that will be an incredible challenge.
Yo Adam Brewer ! 26 , from southern californa, been burning for about a year , love it it's addicting!!!!
Dylan 22, working with glass for three years. I'm from Va Beach, VA and work in Norfolk, VA were I own my store/studio, Coastal Kingdom. I've been self taught up until recently, getting lessons from Alfred Evans. Always looking for new knowledge still so if ever in the 757 come by the shop....
Dylan has really hooked me up by giving me a place to work! He's a quick learner and an awesome guy.
Hey Pholks
I'm out here too...I've been a member for a while but only recently have I been stopping by more often, so I thought I'd post up and say greetings.
I've been flameworking in my garage here in Eugene for about 9 years, though I suppose I'm a bit of a glass hermit- I've only been to one flameoff over there at the glass school so far.
I make pipes to some degree but mostly to support my marble obsession. Check out my Glassartists page to see what I see everytime I close my eyes (I hope I made the link correctly at the bottom, this post will prove it).
PEACE
John Bridges

Nice to meet everyone through this post.
My name is Joe... I Go by Mad Man Marbles... If it's glass, I'll turn it into a marble. New glass, Vintage glass, old dug from the ground cullet from old marble factories, and I buy perfectly good items and smash them to make marbles.
Been lampworking for 3 years. Recently lost my job as a custom Cabinet Installer so now I just make marbles every day..
Thanks to all on here I have learned from and will continue to learn from.
Joe
Hi everyone.
My name is Gerald and I started my torch about a year ago and I'm still eager to learn. :)
Have a nice day.

DBDom was kind enough to hook me up with his old Lynx. I'm 23 and stay in the Jacksonville, FL area. Would love to link up with anyone around here so contact me anytime. Heres my GP.org page (please be gentle Iv only been on the torch for a total of about 10 hours) :D
