Beautiful piece! I like that style and now I wish I ordered some of that color. Too bad about the cracks, hope it fixes up easily.
Yeah, that blows man, sorry to hear it. That's a pretty nice piece. Really coming along on that design.
How do you go about fixing your cracks? Sometimes I can get them to heal right up with a big bushy flame and then zero in a bit, but a lot of the time they just keep running. I try to heat in front of it and work it back but then 9/10 times it just explodes, even after a good pre-heat. If I do get them to heal up, I usually get a little line in there.

whoooo so crack didnt fix as xpected but it did fix. it did the explode thing but i kept it together just had to fix 25 cracks instead , pretty much remelted the whole piece.
pipe looks totally different now ehheh we will see if it makes it outa the kiln tomorrow , did another too that checked on me while makin so we will see on that too.. english ivy n obtanium,
and shot i used 32mm rod.. :)

Ok So yup the cracks came back in force, heheh but now i guess i can keep it..lol
as you can see it gained bout 3 in in length hehe was all good but kiln crackin again, so i think i need to adjust my ratio of colors..
yesterdays came out good,, and a few essential oil pipes, and a head for my nephew, he wanted somethin with a knife in the head haah..
update they all cracked bahhh, cracked in the case today 3 days later, deff gona have to be careful with the sparklies there killin me latley..

I dont know, when did I post the first one, maybe maybe like my 15th head or so.. , its on here somewhere, every thing i have made is here xcept bout 20 pieces that were just normal and some broken stuff..

oh ya and the first one is dark multi behind disco, looks the same as bluemoon thined out usually gets better color..

dude that dragon is DOPE! You could make some cool chess sets with your sculpting skillz. Cut up some dicro squares and glue them to a nice routered and finished piece of wood.
see the chess set would fuk me up, cuz id get all bent on shit not being the same and i would not have a sweet matching set unless i made like 20 sets and picked the good ones.. for real..
but thx on the dragon, i think free form sculptin is gona be my shit cus i can get away with murder..
just gotta practice some more :)

so last night i cracked 2 pieces, 1 total loss, second one cracked right down the middle spider style when it was bout to come off the blo tube, and it looked sick,
this is what it looked like after a major meltdown lost all the symmetry it was pimpin... errrr have to do some more I got a pretty good red this time outa the red tube.. happy on that..

I too really like that slide it is really nice.
Also.. if you do a wrap and rake right (rake with the same color and diameter as wrap.. you can use it for a scale effect (another dragon maybe?)

Not lookin like to soon, just had the best trip yet, hit up a shop in SLo and they liked what i had, so now i have to make 20 more heads, and some more wizzardly stuff,, was good..
I just got a lot of motivation in my wallet,, so its on.. shoulda gone out sooner..
