Just so it's known I am doing several different types of jellyfish. The most recent one you see is 100% compression. Or made from a solid rod.
The previous one somebody tried to take claim on :P the green one was actually a tube implosion pushed into clear like a mushroom.

Haha you know it man :P I have the ribbon outside right now!! Still trying to figure out what colors to use for the piece I want to make and use it as horns for. I already have a loop pulled out of it haha.

Another full compression style jelly.
Digging the jellys and the turtles. I love wildlife themed stuff.
The cane I used for a cap was wayyyy to big for this piece it forced me to manipulate a little too much of the glass and it deformed slightly on me.
Lesson to be learned. Always pull the appropriate size stringer for your work.
I didn't pull mine down because I was afraid I couldn't pull it down from its 3-4mm size down to the right size of around 1-2mm without deforming the twist too much therefor my cap would have lost the pretty consistency in color patterns

Haven't posted in forever done very very little work due to the temperatures and my studio being outside where It can be affected by wind. Ran into some personal issues as well as money issues selling a decent amount of work to keep the ball rolling though... get ready for a photo blast

So If I try to add an image it simply doesn't do anything when I click on a photo from my gallery... if I click [IMG][/IMG] IMG it just gives me some boxed off imgs but doesn't actually allow me to link anything in the box like it used too. The only thing that seems to do ANYTHING AT ALL is the Attachment option but I doubt that does anyone any good....

It's been like a year and a day since I posted on here and I doubt I could post up pictures of all the work I've made between then and now but I do have something kind of cool and fun to drop for the community while I'm here!!!
Recently got a "Clip on Filter" for my cellphone in order to take video of me blowing glass. After taking an original 20 minute video of me partially making a Retti and realizing afterwards that it was too big a video to upload....

The Bail on the original photo is silver Unobtanium over clear, with Double Amber Purple over that. Twisted smashed flat then pulled thin in order to make the bail.

If you think that the information I gave on the video was good enough I'd happily create a new thread on the Tutorial page with a handful more information. This forum has given soo much to me in way of knowledge I'm trying to make a small Contribution back in whatever way I can :D
