Thanks. The space technique is always tube encased, and most of my other work is fumed on the inside. To do these, I just roll a little bit of cobalt tube in some silver filings, then fume with gold, tube encase, and voila, space glass.
You can get really cool effects by adding a bit if frit between the cobalt tube and the sleeve as well. Just a pinch. My favorites are AP or white. Cool cloud effect and the fume reacts differently around the edges of the frit. I always used small frit but fine may work as well.

^^ nice color spectrum, tryin to do some of these myself.
It's something I learned from trial and error. It's just superficial inside out work. I take a blank of clear fume silver on the inside draw 4 lines of clear n,e,w,s, on the inside then fume gold then draw 4 lines in between the other 4 condense into solid then twist up and pull out. hope this helps :)Quote:

This is my first gold / silver fumed chaos pendant and I liked it so much I decided to keep it. I love the range of colors and it's so deep when you move it around :D
