Re: Fresh out of the kiln
The head is made from hollow tubing. I started making them solid in the beginning and they were getting heavy. So I switched to hollow. These ones are bigger and a level up from the ones I was making before.

Thanks. They take an hour or so longer then my old ones, so I hope it's worth it.
Re: Fresh out of the kiln
Here is a bubs from last night, this is my first time adding a sculpted attachment and it feels like a solid connection.
Should I blow a hole in the can and fill it with my attachment/marble or do you just get both pieces rippin hot and stab them together?

I put a dot of color/clear where I want the attachment at and blend it in. Then weld the attachment to that. Makes it blend in way quicker.

Re: Fresh out of the kiln
I got some more glass delivered. So I will be able to make a few marbles and all color spoons next.
Not so much wrap and rake this next week. I got some small orders that pay me cash asap. But I am still going to be working on the wrap and rake for larger orders.

I am amazed at the nice color from gold fume on white out.
Have you tried silver on whiteout?

Some of the green for the leaves pushed up from when I terminated it I guess.

@ Dan
those white pendants with the glowing accents are awesome! I hope you're getting paid for them what they're worth.

figured i'd get in on this game

Re: Fresh out of the kiln
silver on white is hit or miss, you might get a nice baby blue, you might get baby poo.
plus silver grows crystals up into the matrix of the glass, which gives it a different look. i'm sure the fume masters could make it work good, my luck with silver fumed flowers (or even using silver laden colors for flowers) has been poor at best.

Thanks everyone!
