Do you do other shapes? Just wondering, I think you were mentioning the secrets that lay within your kiln doors in an other thread but you don't post any of that. Anyway, looks nice, I enjoy this progression. Petty soon we could rename this thread 'HMK's adequate glass' at least.

i have a huge back order on this particular device, so usually i stick to something along these lines, i experiment the odd time, but most seem to like the traditional shaping, so most units are along the same lines. most people dont even like the big funky feet.

HMK you are a true gangster. I have a yellow and white fade to clear rig from your with dope ass white feet that make it look like a dinosaur or something. That last rainbow rig is so sick i can only wish that i can blow something even half that sick. thanks for being a dope artist and innovator.

Is that last unit 10mm recessed?
pretty sure its 11, most joints those size fit 10-12mm
one of the best shaped curves from the smaller joints imo

thanks justin, i got that color pattern from studying fractal images, and yes its a tenmm joint, with the same tubing that i use with 14mm joints on both ends of the joints.
made some purple dichro tubing, made 3 1" plus dichro feet, a couple more dichro marbles and slapped it all together.

under the purple dichro is a layer of black.

How you building your dicro tube kut I can see lines in it is that from the line up with the black.
I take and do a roll up on some china blue 5o mill and then coat it twice with 10 mill rod and it looks nice.
Yours looks nice too I just like to match the tech to the product you know some do flat cane and build a box then melt to a tube, some use a press and roll it up, some line the back and make tacos or double tacos.
i make black tubing about 32mm, then take about 8 precut strips about 3inches long, 3/8ths wide and lay em down one at a time side by side till its covered in dichro. first time, a few linear bubbles, now, not so much. ya it gives the stripes a bit, unless you overlap, i think that might work. i put two layers of tenmm on top too.
big ones are 3 inches, had some problems, working it out i think.
