More spikey shit from last night kinda stoked i got the red to finally work without bubblin it up.. I like new compressor on the torch is a world of difference..

finally used the stuff that was on my bench for a while to put the bub together can came out good but the rest is janky... as you can see i pulled a rod of blue moon instead of cobalt to patch OPPS..

the red horns are really sweet... and i am a total blue/green guy... is it ns poppy?

yup the poppy, got seconds a while back and most of em were bomb jstu a few super boily ones and a bunch of really good ones i like it for red..

right on crip, things are looking like they are going well. some pointers on horns if ya dont mind... make a gather that is larger than the amount of glass that you think you need. that way when you attatch you make sure you do have enough. as the addage goes better to have more than not enough. when attching your gather to your piece kinda push into it and you will see it bulge at the base but when you pull back to start stretching your horn the bulge will taper out. As you are oulling your horn out slowly move your flame up the rod. when i make them i pul a rough outline of my horn then take my punty off and heat it an pull with twezers.

but thats just how i do it. as lavaar burton said " dont take my word for it" . this thread is cool man i was just looking at the past pages and its neat to see the differences.

Thx G Thats what i beed doin Magma, i rough em out first then gather the bottom then heat piece while moltin the gather push and pull, the red ones i just pulled a bit to far but then i kinda liked the shape so left it straight heheh.. and teh other well hehehe Im gettin better i have only done bout 15 horns so far in my life..

the last one is dope, i hate when i patch with the wrong color, tends to happen alot after safety breaks 4 me

my 1st gog piece ash catcher for my propane guy, he broke his buddys so he was stoked.. I thought it perty much sucked but it will work.. just not to pretty prob woulda been better all clear like original..

Ya the top one is weleded on too, i just wanted it to be flared out a bit cuz it needs a difused downstem to go in it.. and I was makin sure it would fit.. heheh
