Hello Melting Pot, I have been a lurker on here for a while. My name is Nick Deviley and i live in Door County WI. I am putting on the Glassroots Art Show in Madison this year. I do have a studio where i break a lot of shit. Thank you Melting Pot staff for making me feel welcomed and making this the best tool for glass on the web!!!

Hi, my name is Matt, I'm from palm.springs, ca. Previously I was acting the fool, and forcing my opinion, in a untasteful way, which got me banned. I wish to apologize, formally, to all members of this board, as well as innocent bystanders caught in the fire. I was mean, & spiteful, and acted in a irresponsible and reckless fashion. I have been blowing glass since Jason lee was only doing fumed work, and secrets and techs were closely guarded & protected by those who knew them. I understand the fellowship of information here is a privilege, and I'm sorry for imposing my negative view upon anyone. I still feel the same way, but ill stay our of the politics rooms and threads for safetys sake.
I am not a full time glass blower, but I been around a few blocks. I might have something to offer.

Well a newbee on the melting pot & working the 2 oldest tools on the plante its always been atrip for me AND YES STEVEN i learned along time ago you can learn and be inspired by the young....4 / 1973....glassguy thats why the pepole that we feel are VERY GOOD that is why they teach. ITS not always ben that way.IM sure steve knows ..yes you have avery good local....i think trap is alittle strong ..but a strong vacation airea. good for you.

Its bee awhile, but I'm ready to take the saddle again.
Its been about 5 years now, but hopefully its like riding a bike.....ya, I know it is. I just landed the oppertunity of a lifetime and I hope to be part of this community again.

I'm Bill, live in Oakland, CA and am completely new to this stuff . . . well, I started trying to make my first beads a couple of weeks ago (using a HotHead), so not "completely new" - but definitely have a lot to learn from all of you. Loving the hot glass.
Hello my name is ken if you havent seen...I have been working glass since 2001 and have taken a few classes from Mickelsen and Sizelove. For the last couple of years I have had to take flameworking part time as I got marrried then had a little girl and now am expecting twins in 11/9/10. So now I stay at home do work when I can as well as work for Fed Ex driving a truck at nights. I have in the past done alot of art and sold my stuff up and down the east coast at many high end art shows. I had previously joined but since the site has changed and I just plain foregot my sign in. So I am glad to be back on the forum and learn some more. I also have taken up the ukulele in my spare time as well.

Greetings from Delphi Glass. We started with stained glass in 1972 and have grown from there. We're lucky enough to have a few great lampworking artists teaching classes at our store, but always interested in what's new and cutting edge in the world of hot glass.
Hello everyone. Names Ryan B hailing from tri-cities washington (southeast part of the state) been lamping for about four years off and on. Scientist by trade but my true passion is with molten glass and fire. Thanks to everyone for being open with techs and tips. I've learned so much from this forum.
