My name is Rich. I'm new to glasswork. I spent many years as a factory maintenance tech before running away to the Caribbean. I've been a boat captain for over 12 years now and it's time to reinvent myself, again. Glasswork is something I've always wanted to do and I've had friends who do it. So that's where I'm headed now.
Names David. Spent entirely too much money on glass in my college years and trying to visually dissect every piece of glass I saw. Decided to spend all my money on making it instead. Been on the torch for 2 weeks and making implosion pendants and a couple onies already wahoo!! Anyway, nice to meet and greet, looking forward to picking up more skills from you talented and knowledgeable folks.
aaron,i have been doing neon work since early 89 and started some boro work about 1.5 years ago and am hoping to blend them together

My name is Jimmi Palmer. I Run a small recycling company. I also refine gold and silver as a hobby. I love the way glass art and functional pieces look. I don't really blow any glass myself, just bend tube when iI break a piece of lab ware. I would love to learn some techniques for scientific glass production but at this point getting my company to grow has to come first.
any way I have applied for a vendors badge and will be posting gold and silver for sale in the vendors glassifieds. So if you ever need any look me up.
thanks and keep up the beautiful work.
Peace n Love,
JIMMI P
Hey everyone,
Great to finally join this community of such immense knowledge. I would like to thank everyone here for their inspiration and contributions. I'm finally setting up a little studio in the next couple months, so am researching and looking to buy all sorts of stuff. I'm from London, Ontario, Canada, so if any local canucks around, definitely send me a shout.
Thanks everyone, hope to see you around.

My girlfriend joined in and loved it to so we will be setting up shop in a large shed/small house we have in our backyard. just thought id introduce myself. Im really looking forward into diving in and learning all i can from all the knowledgeable people on this site. thanks all and have a great day !
