I made these just two weeks ago and now they all reside at the pipe orphanage known in Stl as Tnt glass art on Delmar. Most still waiting to be adopted. Attachment 79339Attachment 79340Attachment 79341Attachment 79342Attachment 79343Attachment 79344Attachment 79345Attachment 79347Attachment 79348

I love making these six shooters they really come out nice. Especially if u use a wood color for handle. I get a pretty penny for these guys. The spinning revolver section is a nice touch. I plan to go more realistic with each one. Attachment 79350Attachment 79351Attachment 79352Attachment 79353Attachment 79354Attachment 79355 Jesse James woulda smoked out of nothing less!

I really like the silver fume on blue wrapped in clear ornament. You should make a batch of that color pattern, they really pop.

I make tons of silver fumed wrap and rake ornaments. Everyone likes them. My Jewish customers buy that color also for holiday gifts. They hang them in there window.
Once I get some practice, I can blow the ornaments in one breath and hit my foot pedal so I don't use so much gas wile I blow. If you heat the tube right and gather evenly you can blow them out thin and the right shape in one breath. Then make the hook, etc...
I think u should try to make em like normal Xmas ornaments some time. Have you ever made them with ornament caps? Makes em look more professional in my customers eyes. Maybe it could help you as well.

Ornament caps are expensive. They use them with cheap mold blow ornaments or machine blown ones. Unless it is the real German Santa Clause ornaments there all crap.
It is cheaper and better to make glass hooks.
Caps are expensive. Thats why I don't buy caps. I wait till December 26th and buy left over clearance ornaments at stores on the cheap then I save em for next year. I've got waaaay too many though lol. I guess I should make matching sets till they are all gone this winter.

Some from this weekend...
Nice work filling these pages up. I'm a fan of naked ladies cosmo, and the flower mibs are real nice too.
Here is a little something me and siren apparatus threw together along with a custom Alex S matching bucket.
Hard to show details in pics.
The awesome dichro mib which happens to also have glow properties was made by bo diddles at agi this year
Real nice piece stroker!! I like that second marble down best too Cosmo. Keep up the great work all.

My phone loads slow. I thought the Alex bucket had a built in swing cap , or even two noodle tubes, one quartz, one the cap. That would be pimp.
Still super nice.
Boro I'm not following you here.
The cap is on the the mouthpiece acting as a headdress when not in use.
One of the pics shows the cap on the bucket.
Just the one close up pic, with the cap in place, it appeared to be built on to the swing possibly...
It gives me ideas , that's all. (and it was nicely executed)
The small section of 9.5mm , or what ever size you use to put the quartz arm and seals inside. (sits on the side of the dome) that clear tube , we always referred to that tube with two open ends as the "noodle"
If the cap was built into the swing how would you heat the quartz? Also have to worry about thermal shock from flame over spray breaking cap.
I will be curious to see how you go about proving me wrong. Haha
After rereading I see you are talking separate swing arms for the bucket and cap.
Yep I could see that.
