Do you shape the spinal sections then bend? or the other way around? If that makes sense. Sherlock bends can be a mother fucker!

Thanks guys for the encouragment it feels great to have fellow artists appreciate your work. The constrictions were all done with a butter knife. I dont have a V tool yet but very soon. Just got connected on stickam if anyone is interested in watching me dink around. search theglasstree on stickam to find me. ill be on pretty much most the afternoon today i believe
last nights stickam session. Was working my way through a tube of amber 25x4 its the only tube i used to make these pieces with still a quarter of the tube left. Not so stoked on the bubbler. I made the stem way to long and just dont find the general shape to appealing. The peace pipe deal was me first attempt at sculpting a head, heavy easter island influence on it. Made a mini spinalock as well the blue one is just for size referance didnt make that one last night. Also kicked out some prodo spoons while kiln flashing...

made this last night out of the scrappy ends of a couple of the tube pulls i made for the web collab. not really stoked on the mouthpiece. I dont really do wigwags or reversals but i think i might give it a wirl since i been pulling some tubes....
