I have a question, rather then a request. How come I am not allowed to begin a new thread??? I feel I would use this site much more frequently if I could pose questions to the greater lampworking community.

that's a new one on me, there are no restrictions on who can start threads here. what happens when you click the "new thread" button?

it's because he isn't activated yet. anyone can post in here, but if you don't activate your account and get let in by an admin you can't start a new thread.

So what needs to happen to for an admin to let me in?

Have you posted pics of your tits in the 'welcome' thread?

I registered this morning (approx' 08:50 something 08-26-10) and maybe I misread something, but thought it would be an instantaneous link thinga-majigy sent to my email address to become registered. I have been continuously refreshing my online box awaiting the link.

Was wondering if this process is a reg' problem or is it that I need moderator approval first, but then again, why did it not say so?

Can you please clear up my confusion in this matter, would like to move forward; thank you for taking the time to read this!
