I dont get how you do the "recessed joints" I think you call them...how is the down stem in there,? guess it's not removable? This would be useful to me because I often just do a push instead, because of how far up the female adapter pc and the down stem raise the bowl. I must have missed this bit of info somewhere.

i dont put the downstem in there, its on the curve. just the joint is recessed, and that bit of info on how to do em, is on this forum, wildrock and slinger were talking bout it in around 06 i think it was, search it up, thats where i got it.

looking good man. Pics are starting to look better as well. New camera? A few of the pics have big finger prints, that is such a P.I.T.A. I have that happen once in a while. Things look clean to the naked eye and the cam picks up every little smudge.

thanks. ya i tried to wipe it down good, but handled it like a meathead afterwords i guess. its the same old camera - nikon coolpix 4500, 4 megapixels :D

that little beauty camera got me pics in magazines and calenders, and won a photo contest even one time. those things rock, especially for extreme closeups.

nice! I use a Nikon as well. D3100 I love it. buying a nice macro lens soon.
