that retti one died in the mail, i am going to recreate it today.
pimpin the steel wool, very nice!!!!!!!!!
woah funky legs!
that smaller connection looks much nicer
do you mean between the stem and main can? because for function, thats a bit too small almost, its a good thing thats a larger than average ball or it would suck up water, because the throat going up is a bit small. thats why they are so large usually, for function.
i dont think he means that it looks nicer because its smaller but it looks nicer overall IMO
Looking good Kut. Try some ggirl style feet on one of your rigs.
what are those? small nubs? naw, i like em bigger. her style is more applicable to her flat bottomed units as well, i like the round bottom, very rarely do i flatten them, which would allow the diminutive stabilizers.
I like the flat bottom and small nub feet. Give it a try on one unit. It would add more stability and improve the look imo.
i have made some in the past. there is no stability issues the way i make them, and i prefer the round bottom at the time being, and dont like tiny feet either. if you want some flat bottomed ones you need to start making them like you want em.
try as many different ways as possible!!!...why not?...keep things from getting stale, keep you sharp!....i think this one got some style and flow....i think this is by far the biggest jump of improvement in alot of ways in this thread of progression!
not the ones on the table i have. hers are just as tippy, i have two of hers and a bunch of mine. i havent had one complaint they were too tippy yet, and dont worry, i am constantly working on things such as optimizing stability :)
one of the reasons hers could be more stable is the stem to can ratio is different. i make mine always much smaller, so the mouthpiece and stem is relatively heavier on my units typically. she has much larger bodies, so they weigh the rest down a bit easier, but like i say, its not something i am finding with the models i have present. she curves her stems differently too, so they are more forward.
I feel ya, nothing worse then when a bub becomes a crazy straw. Where do you get the titanium plates or whatever those are, and what kind of wire you use if you don't mind me askin. I actually had some requests for the curves. PM me if u want.
