Kut this unit is beyond amazing. I was just checking this out on dj-hash. Keep up the awesome work!
I agree w/ the lining up patterns on the stem, but possibly the best shaping and the disc in front is bitchin. I like it!
PS, is welding in those female GOG joints to the can a bitch? I cant imagine it, having to keep the thing shaped and not flame polishing away the rough surface. Im really not sure how ya do it, then again I only have male tools, only done slides.
151km gets on his hands and knees and bows to Kut. I want this unit!!!
i just posted it, you are on the ball :) thanks for the props.
ALIEN, i read on this site how to put those joints in recessed, then just practiced like anyone would, and its easy now, couple dozen joints later. wildrok and slinger are the ones who posted up the info originally on here. if you search recessed with either of their names it should elicit informational searches.
wow that thing looks really cool
i think i must learn how to put things together, wich is the correct order...what to do first ...
awesome unit, i really like the white and the sparkle
kind regards frank
Lovin' all the new units you've been pushing out!
Units are looking awesome Kut! Keep up the great work! I remember you saying you don't sell the goblets. I think you should reconsider!

I am really diggin that last piece!

That orange unit is amazing....That blue velvet glass looks pretty cool too. Coming up on a year now, got anything special in mind for a 1 year anniversary unit?
wow :O !! you really nailed that last one! did you change something? the color density looks much improved, well done :)
these units are lookin pimp man...nice work for sure
I am digging your worked sections. I must say the kinks and inconsistent wall thickness and diameter on the curves just ruins it for me. I am not bagging on ya, just giving my honest opinion. With how nice the worked sections are looking I have faith that you will get the even curve soon. Good luck!
damn thats sick
diameter on curves is different in different places for specific reasons. and the inconsistant wall thickness you speak of does not exist on the last few clear curves, its tube stock from the curve, so i never changed the thickness, and its constant, although i do stretch them some.
thanks for the tips though, all advice is appreciated. if you go back a few pages you can see i already had a very similar conversation.
sorry it ruins it for ya :)
Lookin' good man... I know that these are your bread and butter, but it would be nice to see something other than a vape in this thread, just sayin'...
Keep up the great work brother!
i posted a goblet a page or so ago. i posted some dishes n goblets back a few pages. as it is my pedal parts should be her tuesday at the latest, and i am going to build that up, then make some more goblets when i can control my flames with footpedals.
i guess i just meant other types of pipes...
oh!
i'm not sure if thats gonna happen much. i dont know anyone who needs a traditional pipe really, except i had one request recently for a pipe that is this shape, and less than 5 inches tall, and so here you are :)
http://dj-hash.com/xavier/pd1.jpg
Pretty sweet man
That last unit is pretty nice dude.
About the other pipes. I cannot understand how any artist would only want to mass produce one thing. I guess its just a business for ya...
like i said i had to go through this whole thing a couple pages back, i think it was alien had a problem with my curves, go check it out, :)
what about a waiting list of over a hundred people? should i make a bunch of bongs i cant sell and make those people wait even longer for the sake of artistic expression? i get my creative outlet in various avenues, and you cant really call the rate of production i put out on these units mass production, lol. and i also have a lot of orders for the curves too, so that cuts into time available for whole units a lot. but i get a good feeling out of making lots of these for many people to use, cuz they seem very appreciative, on the whole. I think its my calling to devote most of my production in this area. If you find thats more businesslike than art to you, well i dont see if that has much merit on the situation really, its just your feelings :)
I went through it and you said you had reasons, Could not seem to find the reasons though.... You said something along the lines of 'it is like that to make it function properly'. Not sure what you meant by that... Seems that a nice even curve with no constriction would make them function well... I have only been doing this for a little while though...You know since the late '90s
