Yo that blue is who knows Its GA taylor made tube,, its water #2, the other is a fire #1..
They work with a glo wand, and your essential oils, like lavender, thats a good one.. ;)

snake, a glow wand is on of the rods you see in some shops, usually with a woked ball on one end a a clear on the other.. heat up the clear ball with a torch and use it instead of a lighter..
