My computer was hacked and alot of stuff got all messed up, so my password doesn't work for my nick71284 user ID so I have been using this one...I would like to be using my old account though. Just shoot me a PM

can't you try the "i forgot my password" thingy when you login first?
yeah that would work if my email was still active...but when I got hacked like all my emails and stuff like that stopped working..even my paypal got messed up.

Searching for really short words is not supported by the vBulletin software. The forum creates a table with every word ever posted and corresponding posts, and that's what it searches when you do a query. It's probably about a billion times faster than actually doing full-text searches of the forum posts, but that table alone probably has a couple million records in it. It's ugly, but it works, and I can't really think of a better way to do it.
